Appointment Setter Job Description for Remote/Hybrid Worker 

***VERY HIGH PAYING JOB!*** 

We looking for a skilled appointment setter here at Solaqua Synergy.  We receive about 50 fresh leads per day from people who want to do our solar program. 

Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script and I will be personally training you every day. You’ll need to be available for 5 hours per day to make calls. These are not cold calls; all of these leads are warm leads that fill out our Facebook ads. 

This is a very high-paying job, commission based. You’ll get paid hourly, and you’ll get a commission every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average, make 2-3x similar jobs because of our commission structure. 

The average rep for this job can make upwards of $100-$200 per 8-hour shift. 

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. 

Here are the requirements: 

• – FLUENT in English
• – Call center experience 
• – Hard worker 
• – Looking for LONG TERM work 
• – 6-8 hours a day minimum (we have different shifts starting 8 AM EST to 9 PM EST)
